Good app, feature request below for developers
Switched to Box because 10gb of free storages meets all my needs, the app is clean and does the job although can be slow at times to download previews. Feature request for opening word documents, can the quick option for pages be put under the “open in word” menu action? Thanks
Battery Hog
When I first downloaded box I loved it. Then all the sudden it was making me have to sign in every time with the keypad I had it set for my fingerprint sign it. Then all the sudden I started noticing my phone‘s battery was being drained drastically. Thought maybe it was another program I had installed so I uninstalled the other program, and no the battery still kept draining. My husband had installed box on his iPad Pro and on his phone also and he noticed his battery going down fast. Unfortunately we had to uninstall box from our tablets and phones I really like the concept of the app and I hope that you can get this fixed it is a great app and would love to use it.

Amazing product
No problems using the products and also it stores files quite well and supports files on IOS 11.
This product is not the best as I prefer iCloud because you can backup your device and I prefer one drive because it is easier but it is very expensive for more storage
Box is the cheapest so go ahead and download it for free

Good App but problems with offline
Since last iOS 10 update I’ve had problems with using the offline mode, iOS11 and Box update hasn't helped. If this doesn’t get sorted I’ll have to think of alternatives... shame as it's an excellent App!

Been using this for years now and it has never let me down. Just grts better and better. Tried dropbox once it was the worst app I’ve ever used and was totally unavigatible with next to no storage.

Something happened
Something happened, and a five star app went to a two or three star app. Thankfully, it appears that I don’t have to login each time I open the document. However, many of my pictures will not show now. Something is wrong with this new iteration. This has been a stellar app, and no doubt will continue to be, but somethings wrong with this version.

Disconnect frequently
It disconnect all alone since the last version. Sometimes 2-3 times daily. And with two factors authentication enabled and Last pass for the password, it's a mess of 3-4 minutes everytime. I hope it gets fixed real soon.
PDF Scrolling & App Sign In
PDF scrolling needs more work. If you zoom in and use vertical scrolling, it keeps resetting the zoom with each page. Basically you have to zoom in on each page.
