A very good APP
Been using the app for a year now! I find it very easy to use. Records what I want to record. Nothing complicated about it. The only slight issue I have is that occasionally it will freeze during a rude and it will automatically reset it ‘s self which is very annoying. But I am not letting that stopping me giving it 5 stars! Beats it’s rivals by miles - literally!

Trouble ticket open since Nov 2021
If iPhone time is set in 24-hour mode, voice feedback will recite minutes only for time of day between 00:01 and 09:59. For example, at 07:52 (7:52 AM) “The current time is fifty two.” This easily replicated error has gone multiple development cycles without being addressed. They broke it, and now they won’t fix it. When I wrote to the CEO’s office, I received no response. I have been a paying customer for many years. The way Under Armour handles problems affecting customers says everything you need to know about their focus: Shareholder returns and bonuses for management, but “sorry loyal paying customer, we just don’t have the resources to fix mistakes in our products.”

Needs Apple Health Fix
Will not connect to Apple Health. Will not display heart rate in workouts. Fix that and you’ll have a great app.
Not working on Apple Watch
I love this app, and since the last update a few days ago - it won’t work on my Apple Watch - very disappointed - before this I would have gave it 5 stars
This has helped!
This app has helped my partner and I a lot with our fitness and being able to track it .would definitely recommend to give it a go
Faulty connection to gps
Since I upgraded my iPhone 5 (3 weeks ago) I’ve had problems with connection & tracking, I connect & have the app but it doesn’t work I have no control can’t find friends can’t start session, can look at previous rides etc.
System has improved dramatically now it works 95% of the time.

Share doesn’t work.
I’ve tried twice now on two separate workouts and cannot share on Facebook with friends.
It just takes me to another page asking me which option I want to share, Twitter, Skype, email etc etc. This is after I’ve pressed the actual Facebook share button!
Probably more complicated than it needs to be and not as simple as Endomondo.
Don’t like the fact I’ve got to pay for heart rate info unlike Endomondo.
The pairing with my Apple Watch does t seem to work correctly although it seems to work, a contra diction I know but it’s just not a simple button press.
When I start a MTB ride with my watch with my phone in my camelbak it won’t activate the auto pause which has been set to “on” on my phone!
All in all, bring back Endomondo!

Map my ride/walk
Love this app use it everyday to log my workouts. I can easily share with my friends and family which has been great since Covid 19 has taken over our lives. Brilliant app!
Good Endomondo replacement
This is by the same company that used to run Endomondo. I have used Endo for over 6 years and it was great. MapMyRide is a good alternative now that UnderArmour is no longer supporting Endo. MapMyRide has all the features one needs for a variety of activities, from biking, running, to various other body and cardio workouts.
The only bug/flaw I have been reporting to MapMyRide support is that once you enter a “note” you can’t go back and edit it. This is a feature that worked in Endomondo and should work with this app. It’s not difficult to make it so a user can edit their exercise notes. This is an important feature to keep track of user input information regarding content that a user may use to track variables in their workout routine that is not a default choice in the MapMyRide options.

Minor tweaks would go a long way!
I’ve been using this app for years and I love it but it needs a few minor tweaks that drive me mental. Once your ride is finished you can read the data, such as calories burned, elevation gain and top speed, yet these vital stats cannot be included in the voice feedback. I live in the Idaho Rockies and elevation gain is really important to us. We’d love to know it as we are riding, not just at the end. Same for calorie count and high speed (to better our times on the downhill segments). I’ve been requesting these for years but the developers seem hell bent on other features that no one in my circle would ever use.
Also please have the time read out correctly! 2:01 is read as 201, not 2, 1. Whoever coded this in the first place needs to go back to school. It’s an embarrassing feature.
Apart from these things the app works great! And I really do love it!
