Your service is excellent, but with one feature I think there are rooms to improve - the 12 hours wait time, I wish there is no need to wait 12 hours to do things!

My account has been closed for no reason. The account can't be logged in and the money can't be withdrawn. You robbers
The new update/layout is not great
The previous navigation works fine, as user you can see snapshot of your savings as lumpsum and the saving goals you have set in the bank. But the new interface hide the saving goals.

Lack of functionality
The app is OK. However they have ridiculous 12 hour holds for new transfers limit changes etc. so trying to bank instantly is impossible as almost all transactions need to be thought out days in advance. OCBC is behind the game - reducing my functionality is not increasing my security. Other international banks still have great security features without the arbitrary rules in place within their online banking. Increases our inconvenience and reduces their tech security investments. Keeping my money safe should be a competitive advantage for a bank and instead it distracts

Logged out in the middle of typing secured message
How can a multi-billion dollar bank not figure that typing a secure message should not trigger a time out and log users out without even saving messages to draft, or even ask for a confirmation before logging out?

It’s easily the slowest app on my phone. Every time I have to apology to people in the queue behind me when I have to pay with the app.
I would be happy to have 10% of the functions but faster loading speed.
