The new update/layout is not great
The previous navigation works fine, as user you can see snapshot of your savings as lumpsum and the saving goals you have set in the bank. But the new interface hide the saving goals.
Either you can see the total of the savings + goals or just savings total

Logged out in the middle of typing secured message
How can a multi-billion dollar bank not figure that typing a secure message should not trigger a time out and log users out without even saving messages to draft, or even ask for a confirmation before logging out?jonboon
So sloooooow to load
It’s easily the slowest app on my phone. Every time I have to apology to people in the queue behind me when I have to pay with the app.
I would be happy to have 10% of the functions but faster loading speed.
Lately I’ve been using more cash to reduce the friction I feel with every transactionFIXpro

If you can't log in to this app, please try the update first, most likely because of the version problem, I made two phone calls with customer service to report that I can't log in, and the result is simply because it is not the latest versionhybd888

service unavailable all the time
When you transfer money in is pretty easy, but when you try to transfer money out or even add a payee, it will be service unavailable all the time or other issue, I don’t know what is the bank doing holding my money:(zbyfly
