service unavailable all the time
When you transfer money in is pretty easy, but when you try to transfer money out or even add a payee, it will be service unavailable all the time or other issue, I donβt know what is the bank doing holding my money:(

Useless app with critical issue
I canβt register an account because it always fails scanning my passport
slow
so much slower than ocbc pay anyone. if you want to discontinue the pay anyone app at least make sure the main app can function at a reasonable speed for paynow services.
Doesnβt work on my phone anymore
Canβt get it to work after the update. And worse, I canβt even use back the physical token again. Would appreciate if it pointed out which other app I need to uninstall for the so called compromised security.
