Good but slow
App is good great self service features but a bit slow to load especially when using PayNow
Login issues
I’ve used it for years and it’s been alright. But in the last few weeks, I’ve struggled to log in, even updating the app. I click on “login” / “login with Singpass” but nothing happens.

In view account section, SRS account should not be in the middle of account i do not even hold.
I don’t have a Unit trust investment. So this should not show up before my SRS account.
Most important is to show what i hold.
Still not dark mode and ios 17 is coming in June ?

Disgusting practice to force PAYING customers receive marketing push notification if they want actually banking push notifications.

Does not work well with iPad
Could not add new payee for fund transfer nor transfer fund with payee. App just kept running and did not tell me that transaction was not successful.
Worst banking app among all the banks!
