whenever I change device, i need to go through the process of getting OneToken, which has to be mailed physically(its 2022 ? ) and a lot of times, it takes weeks if not months to deliver, you also need to call them repeatedly in order to get someone retuning your calljameslin1988

App does not work after forced to update
The new update is lousy. It used to work properly and then OCBC forced you to update and then the update does not download properly and hangs and then I have no access at all.halvinandcobbes
Be aware of the trap
I have applied the EasiCredit and then it always appears as the default payment method in the app when I tried to transfer money. It is tricky when try to switch to other payment methods as the selection does not always apply. Thus it happened a couple of times that I used my EasiCredit to transfer money. It will never remind you of the overdue of the payment until you are charged of a big late late fee of $120 (for an expense of $20 last time). And there is no option to automatically pay it using GIRO like what I usually did for the credit cards. The design is Not user friendly. Feels more like a trap. So be aware of it when you try to use their service.Show lessfqtsg
Impossible to activate OneToken
Trying to move secure token to a new phone but no matter which method I try, I get an ‘activation was not successful’ message. Spent an hour on hold on the phone to ask how to fix and they said they just needed to deactivate on my old phone and to try in 5 mins and it would work, but it didn’t. Otherwise the app is ok but this is very frustrating!Show lesspangolin2021
