Unable to do any transactions as it keeps timing out.
How hard can it be
How hard can it be to actually test your app on an iPhone? Add a payee, and the field you need to enter text into scrolls all the way to the top of the screen behind the notch, network indicator etc. Such amateurs, such poor quality control, such poor management. Is this just a hobby for you guys???

App buggy after iOS 13 update
The app becomes buggy after the latest iOS update. App will ask to re-setup OneToken and One Touch every few days.
App no longer works
I used to be able to access my accounts but am now stuck in an endless loop without receiving the sms token so I canโt even access my account using my PC. Big fail.

I canโt log in my mobile banking account after iOS 13. The app shows me Service is temporarily unavailable.

Stupidest app
I donโt care about your preview of features. Iโm trying to get a balance before the flight takes off. No way to skip. No way to bypass by killing and opening the app.

Cannot login after update
Amazing update! I cannot even login after this update. It has been two days now. Donโt know how long it would take OCBC software engineers to fix, or just realise the bug.
