Can’t pair my Apple Watch
The AppleWatch icon is there in the app yes, but it’s not working! Every other icon response and only the AppleWatch doesn’t! Tried reinstalling the app. Tried going to other app to test the specific spot in my screen if it’s working.
Everything is fine! So the OCBC’s App AppleWatch Icon is not working!😱Show lessBoeycheesiong
Horizontal view Touch ID malfunction
Can’t use Touch ID function if I use my iPad horizontally, no response from the button.
But overall I like this app, especially letting us to see the 10 most recent transactions without the need of logging in (using Touch ID).WE-5497-8901
Worst banking app ever
Always hangs, can’t do basic functions. Always shows the spinning rainbow wheel instead of loading information. Can’t even transfer funds within Ocbc accounts without hangingMerlion lah

Version 7.5 locks on opening screen
Version 7.5, when used on the latest iOS, is locked on the opening screen, prompting an update even though the app is already current. There is no way to access the app otherwise.Jamuslim

The screen is so ugly , the worst thing is my version is already 7.5 . But the system always pop up to remind me to upgrade to 7.3. So funny app.Adrian阿杜

This new app is very frustrating. It crashes, and it is too slow to load anything. It seems this new app has a prettier design compared to the old one, but the user experience so far has been frustrating to me. Please improve it soon!EzeoezE
Support for larger screen res.
Please work with your app developer to release a version that supports resolution of larger screen sizes. OCBC is still stuck in the era of iPhone 5 when iPhones 8 and 10 is already released. O_obadumtsk
Upgraded app version consistently crashes in iOS 10
Upgraded the OCBC app version to latest as of 14 nov, app keeps crashing in iOS 10. Pls resolve the issues and test properly before you launch a version update.springberks
