I don’t care about your preview of features. I’m trying to get a balance before the flight takes off. No way to skip. No way to bypass by killing and opening the app.

Cannot login after update
Amazing update! I cannot even login after this update. It has been two days now. Don’t know how long it would take OCBC software engineers to fix, or just realise the bug.ZHXUoct
Good job on releasing a broken app
As of the 16 July update, the app doesn’t accept my fingerprint and when I click to enter my details manually, it automatically minimises the keyboard so I can’t login at all.
Well done on taking a serviceable app and making it literally unuseable. Perhaps if you stop focusing on adding “features” unskippable ads on launch and start focusing on QC you could release something that actually works.Show lessgachgamers

App getting from bad to worst
Core functionality like PayNow transfers are not working. Screen gets stuck with the spinning wheel after sliding to transfer. Please get your act together.ExoStreaM
Buggy & Lacking in Functions
App tends to freeze a lot. Would require you to close it and reopened the app. The app functions are also very useless. Only able to see your account balances. Not able to transfer or pay bills which are quite norm for other bank apps.L.Eugene
