Using this app for Paynow transfers is useless because it will just hang before it gets to the page.ezgo22
Terrible and Unusable
Can’t login, keeps telling me to use a token, then when I try to enroll will perpetually give an error, then asks me to fill in an OTP when there is none.

Frustratingly bad
Often fails and prevents you from doing minor banking - like checking your balance. It’s even worse when the app won’t load at all and can’t generate notifications OR a one time password. In this scenario, which happens frequently, you’re unable to even use the mobile site, as you can’t verify your identity. All around terrible experience.Show lessKrissymo

How hard can it be
How hard can it be to actually test your app on an iPhone? Add a payee, and the field you need to enter text into scrolls all the way to the top of the screen behind the notch, network indicator etc. Such amateurs, such poor quality control, such poor management.
