App is terrible and not intuitive
Who ever designed the app clear designed it for better asthetics but not usability. It's hard to navigate and I can't easily access and view all my card and bank transactions easily.
Take a page out of UOB or DBS.

whenever I change device, i need to go through the process of getting OneToken, which has to be mailed physically(its 2022 ? ) and a lot of times, it takes weeks if not months to deliver, you also need to call them repeatedly in order to get someone retuning your call
Very difficult to use.
Had a lot of difficulty using this system. So many glitches. Thank God, I was able to reach a human being on the phone for help.

There is a need for a dedicated iPad app instead of borrowing the iPhone app. The interface is not optimised for iPad usage.

Not as good as the marketing
Often have to quit and restart as it loads blank pages. Apple Watch app cannot connect / not recognised. The aspiration of the app is great, but the implementation not so good. Maybe in another 6 months will be good?

Unfortunately this app is not accessible to the visually impaired. It would be great to see them make a change.
