Good job on releasing a broken app
As of the 16 July update, the app doesn’t accept my fingerprint and when I click to enter my details manually, it automatically minimises the keyboard so I can’t login at all.
Well done on taking a serviceable app and making it literally unuseable. Perhaps if you stop focusing on adding “features” unskippable ads on launch and start focusing on QC you could release something that actually works.

Great and efficient
App getting from bad to worst
Core functionality like PayNow transfers are not working. Screen gets stuck with the spinning wheel after sliding to transfer. Please get your act together.
Buggy & Lacking in Functions
App tends to freeze a lot. Would require you to close it and reopened the app. The app functions are also very useless. Only able to see your account balances. Not able to transfer or pay bills which are quite norm for other bank apps.
Locked up
Had to immediately delete app after locking up on first use. Please do not introduce apps to your customers without thoroughly testing them.
What is going on lately?
I tried to transfer money this week and the wheel just keep spinning and then nothing is done! I can’t transfer money and even reinstalling does not work. What is going on???
Transfer to account function is buggy
Transfer fund to another account is buggy. It will just hang after confirmation.
Can’t pair my Apple Watch
The AppleWatch icon is there in the app yes, but it’s not working! Every other icon response and only the AppleWatch doesn’t! Tried reinstalling the app. Tried going to other app to test the specific spot in my screen if it’s working.

Horizontal view Touch ID malfunction
Can’t use Touch ID function if I use my iPad horizontally, no response from the button.
But overall I like this app, especially letting us to see the 10 most recent transactions without the need of logging in (using Touch ID).
