Painfully slow
The app has gone through some revisions to help reduce glitches and crashing which was commonplace in the past. However, the overall experience still lacks the kind of speed and convenience you expect from an app that helps you keep track of your finances. It is painfully slow in loading information whether using 4G or fast wifi in my home or workplace. I look forward to better performance, as it is a shame the app is slower than logging in and accessing features compared to using a browser!

Upgraded app version consistently crashes in iOS 10
Upgraded the OCBC app version to latest as of 14 nov, app keeps crashing in iOS 10. Pls resolve the issues and test properly before you launch a version update.
Previously good app gone bad
My first one star review on the App Store - on iOS 10, app constantly crashes. Sometimes on login. iPhone 6S - rock solid on everything else. QA team failed to do their job on this release unfortunately.
Slow and lacks multi tasking
How can this app not support multi tasking. Pure nonsense. And I feel it would be better if the one time token is sent through SMS.
Come on, it's 2015. How many iPhone users are still stuck with phones that can't multitask. You ought to support the majority and force the remaining few to upgrade.

Great improvements recently
OCBC did a great job. Initial version was bad and used to crash but now vastly improved. The new features make it quite good and I see ocbc trying to offer similar experience across pc and mobile which is great.

Huge improvement. Very forward thinking. Beautiful design. Cheers to the online banking team that upgraded this an their website. What a difference! As others have said... Some refining and I'll make mine 5 stars as well :-)

Good job on ocbc and the team working on it.
It is a big improvement from before, which is just a link to their online website. (and that's already better than other banks...that's the sad state of sg bank apps)
Now make more improvement on the speed and fluidity of the app, and I'll come back to award the 5th star.

Crashes upon start. New app icon looks like it has a lower resolution than the previous one - which was already bad.

This is define mobile banking in Singapore. You know which bank to do business with when you see the bank invest itself. Plus, lucky draw for iPhone 8gb for using the mobile banking.
