Painfully slow - clumsy and full of glitches. Best to avoid this bank and this app completely if possible!
Does the job but laggy
The app is great if you need to do transfers, payments, etc. Itโs quick and not bothersome.
However, it can get laggy at times and UI could definitely be way better!

Cannot switch
Cannot switch seamlessly from quick fingerprint log in mode to full function mode if I wanted to. A good example will be to look at DBS or UOB mobile apps.
Worst banking app ever
Always hangs, canโt do basic functions. Always shows the spinning rainbow wheel instead of loading information. Canโt even transfer funds within Ocbc accounts without hanging
Pay now
Canโt do pay now using mobile. When I click the function the screen is blank. I am using the latest iOS11
Version 7.5 locks on opening screen
Version 7.5, when used on the latest iOS, is locked on the opening screen, prompting an update even though the app is already current. There is no way to access the app otherwise.
This is the worst bank app I have used
The screen is so ugly , the worst thing is my version is already 7.5 . But the system always pop up to remind me to upgrade to 7.3. So funny app.

Slow.......... improve or Bring the old app back
This new app is very frustrating. It crashes, and it is too slow to load anything. It seems this new app has a prettier design compared to the old one, but the user experience so far has been frustrating to me. Please improve it soon!
Support for larger screen res.
Please work with your app developer to release a version that supports resolution of larger screen sizes. OCBC is still stuck in the era of iPhone 5 when iPhones 8 and 10 is already released. O_o
