Perfect for communication tough concepts
I’ve lived and traveled all over Asia and this app has helped me a lot when trying to describe something I need or want. Easy! Thanks! I haven’t needed the health care section but I can imagine that would be invaluable in a health emergency.
Great app
Lots of reviewers misinterpreting the app. It's great for traveling to places with high communication barriers (Asia, etc). Has been useful in my trips through Japan and Vietnam. I recommend it to a lot of my friends.

I don't understand the purpose. Graphics are nice but can't do a thing with them. They are Useless

I wanted this for one reason
to Copy and Paste the icons in texts or iMessages. I'm not sure why the developer(s) didn't make that option available.
When you travel even with language barriers you meet people, make new friends, get phone numbers, and it would be nice to be able to send an icon to someone you sort of know rather than having to ask complete strangers where to find something or how to get somewhere.
Make Copy and Paste an option and I will change my review for sure!

A list, not a dictionary
This is quite a comprehensive list of icons but there are no definitions. I can figure out what many of the icons are depicting, but if I saw some of these on a sign I would have no idea what it was trying to tell me. A short definition would be useful. Probably won't use this app unless definitions are forthcoming.

great idea - poorly executed
while the idea of a picture dictionary for travelling is fantastic, this one is far from the best. The menu is poorly categorised and the choice of pics is a bit odd and limited. The pics themselves are not well executed conceptually or pictorially (a line drawing of a bottle with H20 written on it is not going to be nearly as effective as a clear photo of bottled water, for e.g.). Save your buck and look elsewhere!

I have yet to try this app when travelling but so far I am very impressed by the varied and clear pictures. I think it may prove very useful. Thank you.
