Works but you pay for it
Though expensive, it is a very reliable app and very responsive. Add-on features are inexpensive.
The support is VERY good, exceptional and responses have been immediate when an issue arises with well detailed responses.

The family share is no working
I am so frustrated with that app I pay and the app never allow me to share with my family!!!
Can’t share backups
Can’t share backups. You have to use Apple cloud. Not a happy customer

Most recent update deleted my device profile. When I try to add my device back in, app crashes and profile never gets created. This app is now totally unusable.
App no longer works
I lost my config about a month ago which coincides with the update. The company that did the install of my M1 system have not been able to get it to work. Please fix the issue ASAP!
Latest version is very buggy and lost my profile.

Stopped working
Was a great App that just stopped working a month ago!! First we were told there hadn’t been an update and now we are being told that there was an update?? Either way we are still waiting for a patch to fix the problem.

After latest update, nothing works
After the latest update, everything disappeared, it is now a blank screen.
It was working ok before update.

Always a little buggy
Latest update corrupted our profile. Was lucky enough to have not updated on another device and was able to import the file. Not the easiest interface to use.
