I get all the bad reviews. But I honestly don't think it's the app's fault. If the QR codes are badly printed or lead to nowhere i can't fault the app for that. When the codes are readable the app works just advertised and simply launches safari with the URL scanned. I experienced no crashes so far. (iPhone 3G).

I downloaded this app to see if it worked after seeing the code on a advertisement. No problem worked fine. Took me right to the URL in safari. I'll keep using it.
