Doesn't work
App just closes after I click use picture.
Garbage
I live in Japan where QR codes are used on almost everything. Japanese phones have been able to read them for some time. This app doesn't cut it at all. Not a single code could be read.
It really works
This is the only free QR reader I have found that actually works.
Works decently
Works best if you don't hold the camera too close to the barcode. Frame the code in the autofocus box that pops up on the camera. Interface needs work. Crashes occasionally. Opens websites automatically, however it does not automatically call numbers or send text messages.
Terrible
Terrible app! No matter how many barcodes I scanned or how clear and straight on the photo was, this app failed to decode them every time. I'll keep looking until I find one that works, because this one sure doesn't.
Works great for URLs
Installed it, took a pretty blurry picture of a QR code and it took me straight to the URL in Safari. Neoreader couldn't even decypher a much bigger version of that same QR.
So it works as advertised, even with pretty bad pictures. I'm giving it 4 stars because it got way too many 1 star reviews :-)
However, when I tried to use a "business-card QR", it simply exited without launching anything.
For future versions, I'm hoping for:
- Show the info in the QR before acting on it
- Import business cards
- Show your own info as a QR?

Definitely ahead of it's time!
First, I think this app is genius. For those of you that are complaining it's not working it's because the app requires the movie studios and record labels to supply the database UPC coding for when you take a picture. In other words, the other end is in progress of uploadung their info and when it's done...this app will transform the mobile consumer sector exponentially. Pure Genius in my opinion.

A very complicated duplication of the home button functionality.
Worked like a charm
Dunno if others have features, but this app took a picture of a QR code off my monitor and quickly launched a web page on my phone.
Waste of time product for a stupid advertising medium.
It was 0/6 on my 3g. Crashed the first 5 times then couldn't recognize it the final time.
