前几天买了这软件,但无法使用,总是说正在下载
Great Mandarin learning app
I am a Mandarin teacher, I have try many apps to supplement my son’s learning, this app is very well done, and really help my son to enforce his Chinese character memorization. I also like each of their lesson is about 20 mins long , so the children won’t allow to just play with different lesson. Each day, they can only review the 6 new characters from the new lesson or review old lessons, which really help to solidify their learning

希望能把描字完成时的星星动画设置为可跳过，否则孩子都不愿意认真写。
没法使用。客服邮箱也不能接收邮件
前几天下载了这个识字软件，玩了第一课，小朋友很喜欢，就想玩第二课。提示小朋友，你还不能玩。以为一天只能玩一课，心想挺好。等到第二天，同样提示。后来发现让付费。根据提示买了两个package，仍然不能玩第二课。就根据首页提示给客服发邮件，结果我的邮箱每天都提示我，邮件发送不出去。如果要设计一个小朋友的付费识字游戏，要么直接把app设置成付费下载不行吗？搞得这么麻烦，已经申请退款了。

My son has been using this app for a while, and he loves it. It has a lot of content, and it is really well designed. It's the best, most effective educational app we have on his iPad. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants their child to learn/practice Chinese.

I always skip to write a review, and this is the first time I open the App Store, find out this app, and write a five stars review! My 4 years old really love it! This app not only let you learn new characters but also review the old ones every lesson.
