Auto Sync Not Working
The only time the app collects data from my watch is when I manually refresh the app. If I miss a day, there’s no way of recording it the next day or retrieving any previous day data. Why is this not automatic?
Can’t set an alarm on my watch anymore
When I first got it I could now it won’t save my settings for it. 😫
Like it didn’t let me
So I was trying to do my watch like normal like it didn’t work like when I was trying to do it it was showing to do a tutorial It’s like in the screen of the watch. There was like something that said about your watch, but we don’t know how to put that so like yeah and when we did it like it didn’t work

Has a mind of its own
Just when you think you finally have this watch and app figured out (again!), it does something crazy like 1) the colors on activities switch from various colors to all blue 2) the steps start over right in the middle of the day or 3) it won’t sync. I bought this because I was on vacation and lost my activity tracker watch but have hated it from the beginning. After 2 months of hassle, I’ll be going back to my old $15 tracker!

Unable to find device
Another useless cheap watch . None of the 3 plus apps detect my vibe.
No longer pairs
The watch/app will no longer pair with Bluetooth on iPhone 16 pro max as of mid December 2025. I have tried deleting and reinstalling app, turning off and on Bluetooth, restarting my phone, resetting and turning the watch off and back on. It was working perfectly until it wasn’t. Now it is useless to me.

This App Is Abandoned
Apparently this app is abandoned & no longer receives any updates.. It will no longer pair Bluetooth to the smartwatch.

The app will not open with many tries. And unpairing Bluetooth.

App and watch connection
I’ve tried turning the watch and the app off and on. I’ve disconnected and reconnected devices. Looked at every possible angle and it won’t click with my iPhone 14 for some reason. I’ve used this app in previous iPhones

Don’t work on iPhone 16
Brand new iPhone 16 watch won’t pair with it only will pair with android. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re an iPhone user.
Incredible support
Had some issues with syncing my Vibe Lite and Karl showed extreme patience while getting me back up and running. Love the watch and am impressed by the customer service.

Can’t even sign into my account for my watch on my iPhone
watch won’t pair with my phone
The watch won’t pair with my phone (and there’s no way to set the time manually, so it’s stuck on the wrong time and essentially unusable). Other devices do pair to my phone.
