Love this App

This app is awesome and it does work. What I like about it, the exercises are not long but very effective. It starts off easy and works it way into more reps but it’s done in away that you will not feel the difference.

Look at this

It would be worth it if i didn’t have to pay for the advanced section, im trying to just do it in peace but having to pay for a section of a workout is just genuinely dumb. I feel like it should be free and usually when apps dont charge you for things like this its most likely used more
