It took me some time to write this review. I quit smoking in May 2001 after 33 years of being a prolific smoker. I smoked every day. I loved to smoke. It is how I took a break and rewarded myself and all of the things. I always told myself if I could make it through one day without a cigarette I would never smoke again.The week I turned 50 I got shingles and was not feeling well. I had been listening to Andrew Johnson’s relax meditations for quite some time and downloaded the quitting smoking meditation which I believe is more like a type of hypnosis which I didn’t really believe in.I listened to it twice.That was it. I can’t really tell you what he said because I went into a meditative state or fell asleep.What I can tell you is that I have not smoked since the first day that I listened to it.I miss smoking but oddly every time I think about actually doing it I feel sort of nauseous. I hope that someone will read this and take a chance and it will help them the way it helped me. With gratitude I thank you Andrew.
