I am a student nurse practitioner And this is amazing to have for class resources as well as for clinicals. The app has references that are linked, images to visualize and algorithms to help build diagnoses. Definitely a game changer that has helped me succeed both in the classroom and in the hospital. I purchased the book then I purchased an online subscription and paid over a 100 dollars for it. When I try to access something simple like a headache algorithm or a hypertension algorithm, it says I need to buy another subscription. When does it end?
