I have used this on the run for over 12 years and found it succinct and very informative- just enough info at just the right moment. But if you don’t have the exact spelling it can be frustrating. It is not intuitive- which would be helpful.cindymeinecke

Love this app and have used it for years as a clinical resource. So convenient to have on hand for quick reference. The search for topic is not great and many topics not included.Gambled

I have had many of their products in last few years at about 60 an app. iOS 11 comes along and they are the ONLY app publisher that didn’t update their product to work in iOS 11. Their solution - rebuy every app to the updated iOS app. I bought the standalone non subscription app to prevent downstream costs with a huge upfront cost. Egg on my face huh.
Unbound had 2 years to update all their apps but chose to gouge their customer base!Show lessMav911911

Older 5MCC apps, purchased before September of 2015 were affected by the update. If you purchased one of these older apps, we encourage you to contact customer support as we are confident we can find a workable solution.Organized.

Evidence Based
The vast majority of topics appear to be soundly evidence based. This is my most trusted and frequently used clinical resource. I made my first purchase six years ago and have purchased two newer versions since. Beware
Your get to use the App for a year, then it is useless and you have to pay another $99. You can buy the book and use it for a few years until it is obsolete. You can’t do that with this app. Access is restricted at the end of the version. When you consider the definition of obsolete, it is moving target for something like this. By the time it is organized, published and sold, it contains info that is out of date. Most info such as physical signs and lab findings, rarely go out of date, so you are down to things like therapy, which is weakly covered in this app and should be looked up for current recommendations anyway.Show lessOverG
Overall, a great app
I have used this app for the past 10 years, as a student and in practice.
This is a great app, very easy to use, and I frequently show its information to my patients.
The only thing that I find a bit negative is that the duration of doses is frequently absent but this is the case with many apps and references anyway.
