Indigo is incredibly well designed
I was a Windows user and tried all the Windows based x10 Home Automation programs and they were all painful to use. I tried Indigo and it was so much better than the other programs that Ii switched to Mac. I was sold and bought a Mac mini. Indigo has been running my house for the past 2 years and it has been painfree, rock solid and a real pleasure to use. I am so excited to see the new iPhone interface it's hot! Great App and a Great Addition to Home Automation
Wow! Indigo has been a fantastic home automation product for several years, adding new functionality and ability to handle new hardware as fast as it's released. This iPhone/iPod Touch application is a great addition, and a must have for anyone with Indigo; well worth the upgrade to Indigo 4.0. I missed the cutoff for the beta testing and have been anxiously awaiting release. Works great by 3G (much faster than using a web portal), and is as fast as direct LAN connection with a Mac with a WiFi connection. A perfect addition to Mac home automation
Indigo Touch is the perfect companion to Indigo -- the best home automation solution for the Mac platform. Indigo Touch provides access to all your Insteon devices as setup in the desktop client. Taking advantage of the multi-touch capabilities of the iPhone/Touch, dimming lights (or ramping them up) is a simple drag with your finger across the intuitive device control.
However, in my opinion the beat capability is complete support for Control Pages. These user defined pages -- built in the desktop application -- are also made available in Indigo Touch!

Just Perfect
Every once in about 5,000 apps one comes along that is a perfect match for the Iphone and this one is. The on board demo shows what it can do even if you do not have the home server working to control your home.. It is easy to measure the importance of this program by the fact that it has reached the highest level of "Wife Approval" in our home. We totally control almost every aspect of our home including TV, HVAC and Lighting..Wish it could help me control my Kids.Show lessHCSfl

Without a doubt this program ROCKS! Indigo for Mac is the best application for doing home automation wether you are using X10 or Insteon it is very easy and painless to setup modules / schedules / scripts. Indigo v3 let you run web based control pages from your server and now with v4 you can have a native iPhone / iPod touch application. The perfect home automation controller!
I have been an Indigo user for many years. I purchased the iPhone and just hoped that Perceptive Automation would create a native iPhone application. My wait is finally over and the application is fantastic. Even in my home, this is the most convenient controller I have and use it often. I gave the application a five star rating but if I could rate the company and their flagship product Indigo as well -- I would give them five stars too!
