1.1.0

December 14, 2018

-- Added support for the new RUC-02, providing 10 pages of 10 buttons each (100 buttons total), as compared to the old version, which supported the original RUC-01 (only 4 pages of 10 buttons each - 40 buttons total). This version is backwards compatible with the RUC-01. If the app detects that the RUC is the -01 version, it will only display 4 pages. If it detects the RUC-02, it will display the full 10 pages. -- This version also corrects an issue that occurred with later iOS versions where the Current button in the Setup page did not work correctly.

Description of Universal Home Automation

Use this app in conjunction with the Web Mountain Technologies RUC-01 to control home automation devices using UPB, Zwave, X10, Insteon, ESI drapery Controllers, and almost any other home automation technology with a serial interface. This app allows the user to control lights and appliances with a simple touch of a button from their iOs devices. This app also allows the user to control Ethernet IP based devices that can be managed using POST commands, such as thermostats. In order to use this app, you will need the RUC-01(version 57 or higher), the appropriate serial interface unit for the technology you will be controlling, plus appropriate control devices, such as wall dimmer switches, lamp modules, appliance modules, and drapery motor controls.
