Input in a different currency.
Is there a way to input in another currency other than USD? While this seems like a great app, I would love to be able to input expenses in another currencey such as pounds or yen.

Straightforward budget tracking
I needed an app that would tell me where my money was going. This app let's you do that in a simple unfussy manner. The most important thing for me with a budgeting app is being able to enter a 'spend' as quickly as possible and being able to customize the type of spend as easily as possible. This app achieves both. You can setup the app to show the add entry screen at app startup. This means that it takes seconds to add an entry for a type of spend you've done before. If it is a new type of entry you can modify the list of types as you add the entry. This is the best way of customising I have seen in a budgeting app.
When you first start the app, unlike every other budgeting app, there is no budget or expense accounts that you need to setup. You simply start entering what you spend.
The reports are simple, which is fine since you have many export options should you wish to create more complex analysis.
Before i found this app I tried almost every budgeting app. I was extremely frustrated that all of them required excessive amounts of configuration for something that should be so simple. I was almost at the point of writing an app myself. For most people the simplicity and configuration free nature of this app will be perfect. If you simply need to get a breakdown of your spening habits then this is for you.

Wonderful app & Support
This an excellent app that helped me keeping track my daily expenses. Also would like to add excellent support that received from the developer when I had issue with emailing csv file although I was using free version. Great help! Keep it up. Because of great support, I have bought full version.
Cash Trails Lite
An excellent app which provides simple functionality. The ability to categorise expenses (as you require) is very useful together with the great reporting feature. It is a bonus to be able to convert currencies for those overseas expenses. A very well thought out practical app!

Just what I was looking for
This app is exactly what I needed. Simple, east to use money in/ out app. The only thing I would like to see added is some sort of visual reporting I.e. Line chart or bar graph. That would make it perfect. Going to by the full version for sure.

I use Cash Trails to track all income and expenses. It has a slick utility that exports (over wi-fi into spreadsheet format), backs up and restores the file. Easy entry. Easy reporting. This is the personal financial app I have been looking for. I'm anxious to see what other upgrade goodies are forthcoming. So far, no crashes, no glitches, no disappointments.....just delightful surprises!
