Leave a Review Match Dating App
Sad but true 😑
I joined match as a paying member almost a year ago. While I have had a few phone conversations with a few different guys I have yet to go out on a date! One of the most disappointing parts of this app is the daily emails of highlights. Most of the men that are sent to me in this email for a “look” are men that I saw usually the day before and “passed on” So I changed my tactics and tried blocking the men I am not interested in, and I still get the email suggesting them as a possible match. Even after contacting customer service and support I still get them. Customer service wanted me to forward all the emails of highlights and blocked members, ridiculous! Why can’t you fix whatever algorithm you have programmed! So if you are going to try this app be prepared for repeat matches that you pass on to just keep coming back at you. This has been disappointing at best. I have changed my profile numerous times, updated my pictures and have not made a single connection. Then there are the scammers and the fake profiles. Don’t even get me started. Ladies I would say the best way to filter these ones out is ask them to either video chat or FaceTime them! They quickly disappear. So buyers beware if you are looking for a genuine connection….there are a lot more frogs out there than princes. Sad but true. Match had not been worth the money or the hype.Show lessWrongful ban
Hi, so I’ve been a member of Match and it’s a few idiots for years now and someone decided to fall asleep reporting me and since then I have been arguing and emailing specifically Match since they’re the main one that runs everything and every time I created an account they banned me even though I have an email clearly stating that they weren’t going to ban me because I did not violate any terms or policies. I even showed proof that I wasn’t violating any terms or policies and clearly stated all the terms and policies in there I would also like to point out that I have been fighting the company and all the affiliates to keep my account open and unlocked for absolutely no reason just because someone falsely reported me. I am currently not married so that’s not a reason to be on me. I have no police reports and there’s no sexual assault or anything like that there’s no violence there’s no threat, I have proper photos of me. There’s no promoting that I’m doing there’s no inappropriate photos that I have I follow all the photo guidelines. I’m starting to think that your extremely trans phobic and you are from all the other ones so unless you want me to believe otherwise maybe you guys should don’t have your supervisor reach out to me and maybe work on actually fixing your broken app instead of just making it worse and making people hate you.Show lessSad but true 😑
