Dead app, website still works
Hasn't been updated in six years as of 2024. On iOS 18 it just opens with a blank screen, even after reinstallation. Should be deleted from the App Store if the developer won't update it.

Well, used to be good but
I've had this program for a long time probably 5+ years and I've loved it. It's really been handy and useful. However, the last two times I tried to use it when I tap on the app. All I get is a white screen. Nothing happens nothing loads just simply nothing. I'm guessing the app is no longer supported with all of the Apple iOS updates. I'm on a iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 17.7. So I guess this app is no longer supported by the developer.

Zero stars if it were an option. Years ago this app and the website were a great resource.
Now it's thoroughly broken (opens toa blank white screen and stays there).
Doesn't Apple vet the apps it allows on the store? Last "update" was 6-years ago so, Apple, I think it's safe to say this is no longer maintained and simply doesn't work.

Has never worked
I have had this app downloaded for a few years now and have tried it numerous times. While the concept is solid, the app is trash and has never worked for me a single time with any business, big or small. Don’t waste your time on this app.
App not working
I’ve gone on the website and I have gone on the app. Neither are working to delete or edit a post. Cant login or call because a recording says the mailbox is full. I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my time.

I’m not sure when I wrote the 5🌟⭐️ review below but it's been quite a few years. I usually use to find better phone numbers but today I want to have it skip hold for me. It worked the first time but I was so wrapped up in listening to The Bugle that I missed hearing I’d reached someone. I tried to try again but it's emailing verification codes I never see and texting codes that don't work.
I hate to be failed by something that should work. At least the option to have customer service call back is more common than it used to be but hold music is still pretty awful.

When you go to type in your number it says “Please type a valid US or Canadian phone number”. Have tried different numbers in different formats but it does not change.
