Lost status for devices and scenes
App no longer Correctly reads existing status for devices and scenes (Isy 994). No issues connecting, synching or delete/add, finds no problem but no longer can properly show the existing status. You can still turn on and off but as it were you are in the dark as to which devices need to be turned off for example.
Worked fine for years.

I’ve used this app for years on end. The customer service is excellent when needed!! If your new to these type of products you will be pleased. The best part is know that customer service wants you to be happy and have the full experience you are supposed to have with your products. The app in itself is amazing and packed with loads of features that are relevant for different lifestyles! This review is very real and I only write bad reviews on products I have issues with. I’m literally taking my time out of my life to write this to show my appreciation for how much support has been given to me over the years to make sure my home system is operating at peak performance. Great way to mobilize your home automation
I’ve been playing in home automation for close to 40 years. Initially X10 via BSR products then growing into whole house controllers via Insteon and Universal Devices. MobiLinc was a natural progression when I got a smartphone and now I wanted to leverage my home automation with Amazon’s Alexa. MobiLinc Connect looked like the answer. And with the incredible support from MobiLinc support (yes real people that take a proactive role). My family is verbally controlling our house! Incredible app
Want to turn on the family room fan, done. Living room lights, done. Porch lights.. done again.
Gives you control of an existing ISY system. Either directly thru the controller, or thru MobiLinc Connect, which does all the configuration/communication settings for remote access for you.
You have to already have an existing system for this app to work, but work it does!
You can have customizable icons for your devices, voice control, energy monitoring, cameras, timers, create scenes, location services, etc.
Some of the advanced features are for an additional plugin charge, but it’s up to you. If you don’t need it, you don’t pay for it. For control of your existing devices and scenes it works, for me!Show lessSleepyredhead

What good is an app without the support to go behind it?
I had an issue with updating the new iOS, and Wes helped me through this agonizing problem and took care of it.
He walked me through every step of the way, and spent a lot of time trying to figure out my problem. And he didn’t give up until everything was 100%!

I like the previous reviewer have used X 10 devices for automation for many years. It has been very difficult to set up the router for remote access. This interface and app is the easiest and most reliable that I have ever used. The customer service is excellent as well. The response to emails are surprisingly rapid. While in app purchases are never greatly desired it makes all the difference in the world when the app does what it says and dose so reliably.Show lessTripos

Kind of quirky but does the job nicely. When the server went down I realized how much I relied on it. Mostly use to drop the Ac when we are on the way home or open garage door when we are not in our car

UPDATE: We found a workaround and Apple has approved v4.13 of MobiLinc. Please update to the latest as soon as this version is live in the app store. It can take 24-48 hours for the update to appear. My apologies for the inconvenience. This is a known bug in iOS 11 that Apple is working to fix. We've contributed to the bug report since beta 4 as well as many other developers impacted by the missing navigation bar in iOS 11. At this point we're waiting for Apple to fix the iOS 11 bug or to provide us workaround information to avoid the Navbar iOS 11 breaking bug. We are also investigating possible workarounds to the iOS 11 breaking bug. I'll update this response as soon as a fix is identified. If you swipe the screen from left to right you can navigate nearly all aspects of the app without the navigation bar.**Does not work with iOS 11**
Although the app has a outdated compared to its competition it was pretty solid. However I just updated to iOS 11 and now the menus don’t work. Do not update your phone or you will not be able to control anything in your system. Kinda a big deal. If iOS 11 just came out I’d be more sympathetic but Apple released the beta version to developers MONTHS ago in June. For an app that people depend on and PAY for and literally controls entire homes this should have been caught and corrected by now.

First of all, this app absolutely works and makes using Alexa with your ISY so easy and simple. If you have ISY, the few bucks to fully integrate your system with you iPhone and iPad is well worth it. Them to do it with Alexa as well makes it almost indispensable. Home Automation for Real
Lost track of how many Home Automation apps I've purchased over the years. Love Insteon/Smarthome but their software is clunky. Friends tell me how Alexa or their HomeKit can control everything in their house… but no one (NO ONE!) has it working. They think it's "off in the future". When I show them Mobilinc and the ISY controlling all our Insteon devices and cameras, they're blown away.Show lessMikeBurk
