Great but for all the betting ads
An almost perfect footy app, except that it’s filled with toxic betting ads. I understand the need for advertising, but I’d happily throw the developers five or ten bucks to get rid of all of the gambling stuff even if that just replaced the ads with something else.
Best AFL App Out There
By far the best AFL app I have ever used. The live match tracking is excellent and the ladder is compact and informative.
Was a great app...
Guys!! You need to control your ads! I get that you need revenue, but having full screen pop ups and questionable adverts in content is really disappointing.
I really like the interface and the up to date fixture, TV guide, ladder and team tweets. I also enjoy your unique perspectives on the footy and the passion you show in the content that you create. But the ads are making the app less usable and more frustrating.
I would be happy to pay a small subscription fee (cost of a beer ~ $10) per year to remove ads? Is this an option?

They've added auto play ads
Congratulations. You have ruined the app by introducing auto play ads after every article that is read. I guess it's time to delete.
Player Profiles Not Working
The player profiles do not always load. I use this app to check fantasy scores and stats.
When you click on a players name during the match it usually brings up their profile. You can see an up to date fantasy scores break down.
At the moment when you press on a player, it brings up a picture of the player but no profile.
Is this being fixed?
I have tried deleting the app and downloading it again but the profiles still don’t appear.

Frustrating
Used to be a serviceable app. News was word for word ripped from the herald sun but it was all in one spot. Now they are putting up ad walls which is not only annoying but crashes the app. Stop being greedy stick to the original format
Fantastic App
Love this app - keeps me updated while I’m on the otherside of the world. Great layout of the stats and appreciate you can look at all the info offline (i.e on the tube or flying). I recommend the other apps to mates (nba, premier league etc).
To the developers - I know it may be a lot of work but could you guys update the almanac when you get a chance. It’s stuck on 2017. No worries - if it’s too much work! App’s still a beauty!
