Hi and thank you for not only the high rating you have given the app but also for taking the time to provide such a comprehensive review. With so many options to customize, we understand it can be a lot when you are first setting up the app. We have tried to make the setup process as simple as possible for new users and the less you customise the default layout, the simpler it is. We also have lots of free resources in the Support section of our website which give illustrated step by step instructions for many of these processes. These can also be accessed within the app Options. The new voices are the neural voice updates which are supposed to make the voices sound more lifelike. We licence these voices from Acapela and we are passing feedback on to them. NO HELP AVAILABLE
This means I am going to have to email what the problem is without knowing what the problem is for me to then to have to email each step back and forth when I run into additional problem to wait for up to 3 DAYS for a response that could or could not work for me to have to send another email message to wait for another response.
I wish I had never bought the iPad or this program! I am angry that there is no one to help me when I need help!!!!

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties getting started with the app. We did get your email and responded within hours, but, as of right now, we have not heard back from you. Perhaps you're trying to implement the advice? We have a support team working 7-days a week, and we commit to working with you in a timely manner to resolve any issues. If you find describing the problem in writing difficult, perhaps you can submit a screen recording or a voice memo to us. Excellent AAC app!
The price is steep, and it was a hard pill to swallow having to drop that much on an app, but I promise it’s worth it seeing your child be able to communicate!!
