Ads before more ads
Radio shows already are loaded with tons of ads. I get that. But for this app, I have to suffer through a 30 second video commercial before it tunes in the radio, where you can be listening to another 5+ minutes of more commercials.
Don’t be so cheap that you need to milk yet another commercial just to listen live.Show lessiggywhatever
Shows are great, app is not.
The station is a great way to stay connected and know the pulse of what is going on in Colorado professional sports.
The app thought…every time there is any hiccup with the stream you have a pre downloaded commercial video you have to watch with the app open in order to return to the shows.BehrTruk
Please up grade your commercials
I use to exit out as soon as I hit the app because it would be another broken record commercial. And it would go to the show without hearing the commercial. Now you have two that pop now! Both commercials that are broken records. Get some new ads. So now I exit out and have to exit out again. You ad another again like you just did, I will delete the app and the station and never listen again. I’m from CO and live in FL now but your brokeN record commercials are getting old!!! The radio content is exceptional!
The Ap, Not so much. Many of the podcasts, like the interviews were something that I visited nightly, however lately the section is not updated and blank.
I stream the content in PHX and the videos before the content are awful from a use standpoint. If you start the stream and then go to another Ap like maps or Waze to begin your drive, the Fan Ap stops the stream, forcing you to watch the video ad before starting your drive. I’m sure many people have put themselves at risk doing this while driving. So frustrating!Show lessMrAussie
Great hosts/shows, poorly functioning app.
Love the shows and the hosts! The functionality of the app is inconsistent and frequently broken. Love the recent change that tracked what you already listened to, but now that’s already broken. Loved the function that let one podcast show run after the next instead of shutting off at the end of the show. Now, that doesn’t work either. Doesn’t load podcasts sometimes. Latest update is terrible
Loved the previous version of the app and never had an issue with it. Currently if listening to a podcast, once the episode ends it doesn’t auto play the next. So you have to start it up again. Also when swiveling away from the app when trying to listen live, during the ad, the ad will pause and get

Underrated
I can understand some minor gripes about the app. I’ve been using it for years and occasionally run into some issues but as a whole this app awesome and getting better. The recent updates have definitely been an improvement over an app I already loved using every day.

Great station, worthless app
if I didn’t love 1043 the fan and its hosts/staff so much I would never use this app. It loses the stream constantly. Out of Colorado I’m subjected to endless loops of annoying national commercials repeated over and over. Why can’t I have my Colorado commercials? If mute those annoying commercials it turns the stream completely off. And now the podcasts have a feature that won’t let you playan episode more than once. Dump this app and get a decent one,maybe like the one SiriusXM has.Show lesse9cat
Too many alerts
I love The Fan, been listening for years on my commute and use the App pretty frequently at home. I don’t have an issue with the App like many other reviews, but I DO have an issue with the number of Alerts. The Pop Ups used to be only for BREAKING NEWS or a final score, which was awesome. Now, I get an alert every time someone posts a new article on the website, which is stupid. I’m turning off Alerts, I have enough interruptions in my day, I don’t need non-emergency ones from my Sports Radio.Show lessDCotton7
Love the content but not the app
Big fan of all of the shows on 104.3. I live in Michigan and this is a great way to stay connected and up to speed on everything Broncos. That being said, the functionality and consistency of this app is pretty lacking. For one, these are audio presentations that are a lot of times preceded by video advertisements. That makes no sense and makes you wait on a buffer for video and then a buffer for audio. Also, I want to be able to hit play and then shut my screen off and listen to the audio but you have to wait until the video buffers and plays. This is a little annoying when you’re trying to get moving on a run or drive in your car especially if you’re service is spotty and can handle buffering an audio file but not video. Also, why in the world would you remove the 30 second rewind and fast forward buttons? That is an expected function for most podcast formats and since you already had it, why get rid of it??
