Déneigement
Très déçu que la ville ne finance plus infoneige. L’application infoneige fonctionnait bien, encore ce soir elle m’avertit que ma rue sera déneigé demain matin… informations fournies par la ville qui elle avec son application 311 m’avertira à 7h02 que ma rue est maintenant en déneigement et que je ne devrais plus être stationné sur la rue!! Ajustez vous c’est pas si compliqué, c’est vous qui avez les données et vous êtes même pas capable d’avoir des avertissements préventif!!

même après les mise a jours ça ne fonctionne pas plus, l’hiver est fini et vous n’avez pas réussi à modifier une simple notification. Infoneige se fiait à vos données et étaient 100 x plus rapide dans les notifications!! Ajustez vous, c’est pas compliqué!!

Incroyable qu’on ait perdu INFO Neige au profit d’une application avec un aussi mauvais UI.

A Non-Functional, Inconsistent Mess
So the full story is that the city decides to cut off funding for an app that already did the job perfectly (info:neige). They roll out their own app, one littered with bugs such as showing incorrect map info that changes depending on how far zoomed out/in you are, does not update in real time, and most importantly fails to send out the crucial notifications for when snow loading periods begin on the street you left your car on. And as I collect my near $200 ticket thanks to this wonderful service what do I find with it? An ad for ANOTHER app that boasts it can help you avoid tickets by relying on fellow citizens to tell you when they’ve noticed you’re parked in the wrong spot. Because god knows the city is incapable of doing that. This is a failure on every level, one that inconveniences not only car owners but towing services and snow removal crews as well. Whoever made the decision to defund info:neige has failed us. Whatever underfunded division that made this awful, untested app has failed us and has made the city all the worse for it.
EDIT: So the solution is to physically check my vehicle twice a day every day after it snows and NOT to trust the OFFICIAL Montreal snow loading app information? Great work Tabarnak

Je trouve ça pratique pour le déneigement. Je l’utilise depuis cet hiver pour mieux m’organiser

J’aime pas l’appli. Prévenir 60 mn s’ l’avance ? Franchement on fait comment pour s’organiser. 24 h avant oui. Et un rappel 60 mn avant!!!! Là c’est pratiquement inutile ! Les contraventions doivent pleuvoir ! À quoi sert une telle app si elle ne sert pas mieux que des panneaux?

Info neige a été et est toujours excellente. 311 n’est jamais à jour. Ce matin encore montre mon côté de la rue enneigé et aucune opération de chargement ce qui est faux Opération de chargement est en cours

Impossible de créer un compte
Lorsque je tente de créer un compte, je reçois constamment un message de « Délai de validation expiré », pourtant je clique en quelques secondes et même chose pour mes infos rentrés. Un bug quand même majeur.
Je vien de me faire remorquer
L’application n’est pas à jour, envoie les alertes en retard, merci 195$, belle organisation pour nous soutirer notre argent

could you please adjust it so that when we click on the snow removal map we are much more zoomed in right now. Once we click on the map and we click on our location. It is so far zoomed out that we cannot even see the streets status. Thank you.

Prévoyez-vous offrir un mode paysage? Surtout que l’attrait de l’application est la carte, c’est dommage. Je n’avais pas ce problème-là avec l’app info-neige!

Triste de voir que ça va causer la mort d’une application qui fonctionne très bien.
Pas très au point
INFO-Neige était gratuit, plus précis et plus convivial… Dommage que vous ne ayiez pas laissé continuer leur travail comme avant en coupant leur financement. Et pourquoi ne pas proposer le mode paysage sur votre application ? (pour les tablettes)
Manque de serieux
Je ne comprends pas l'utilité d'une application pour laquelle les données ne sont pas mise à jour ou ne sont pas cohérentes. Pourtant les données sont disponibles (le propriétaire de l'application est le même que celui des données de déneigement par exemple). Les données de déneigement sont désuètes, non à jour et tout le temps ne reflète pas la réalité. On ne peut pas compter sur l'information fournie. Je suis curieux de voir combien ça coûte au contribuable une app comme elle sans valeur ajoutée

Info Neige was better
While the idea has great potential the app is much less convenient to use than info-neige. The snow removal section is not intuitive. Favorite addresses are removed after a while. Overall it seems like an half-baked product launch...
