Peace at last
After a car accident I've been dealing with some awful back injuries and it's been a painful ride but after doing this meditation regularly I've moved away from being a sookylala and now view my condition as a gift . I am using the down time of recovery to write songs draw and actually spend quality time with the people I love in my life . I've turned a negative into a positive .. Thank you Andrew :) !! Xx

I have many of Andrew Johnsons' apps but this is the one I listen to most!
Gets rid of the fear
Andrew's soothing Scottish accent draws you in deeply. I am facing an operation and was starting to blow things out of proportion with fear. After listening just a few times to Andrew, I feel like a new person. Much, much more positive and interested in things again. I feel like I'm not alone any more.

I Can't Explain It, But It Works
I have used Andrew Johnson's "Relax" and "Deep Sleep" apps to great success and so thought I would try this one since I suffer from frequent headaches.
I am not someone who believes in a lot of "new age" kind of stuff and I've never really tried meditation before, but this app is incredible. It leaves me with a physical feeling of euphoria all over my body, as though I've taken some delightful drug. I don't know why this works so well, but it really does.

I purchased this app a few days ago. Hadn't gotten around to trying it as I have several other Andrew Johnson apps. There's only so much time per day for hypnosis!! This was truly a wonderful experience. As his velvet voice described the beautiful orb getting smaller I wanted to make it last longer!!! My broken finger hurts less too!
