As a newbie, had NSO duties explained, wasn't really sure, then used this for scrimmage penalty timing and it all made sense. Might have liked a second screen with additional set of two teams, but only because we were alternating between. Certainly felt like it would be manageable, the interface is so easy.

What a great penalty tracking app! In the past I've done the stopwatches taped to a clipboard trick, but not only does this app make tracking penalties faster, it also saves you the problem of missing a stopwatch when tracking multiple people in the sin bin. AND it has the forethought to allow you to set custom penalty times, such as someone getting a double-major or when a jammer becomes a blocker due to a jammerless jam.Show lessWernher Von Bombed

super easy to use, and easy on the wallet compared to a number of stopwatches, love being able to stop all timers simultaneously when the game clock stops. We'll get lots of use out of this!yolandakavita

Does just what it says - just tried it out at an intra-league game and it worked flawlessly; lets one person run the box easily, and follows the 4.x jammer penalty rules seamlessly. This is an example of great programming - nice work!forvalaka

Can't fault it - ideal to use at practice when shortage of NSOs - 1 person can easily manage entire penalty box or at full bout.
Battery life is not heavily drained - was recently used by NSOs at Tattoo Freeze Tournament (8 x 30 min bouts in one day) and little drain on battery.
Only problem - all Penalty Timers now want to be supplied with iPhonesShow lessAldridge Baggie

One official can run the whole box!
The updated version handles 4.0 "jammerless jam" rules beautifully! One volunteer with limited training can easily run the entire penalty box. Every league needs this app for practices.LuckyGirlOC
A MUST for roller derby!
If you have a iPhone and work as an official in roller derby, this is a must. Works 100%. The girls in the box find it much easier to read what their time remaining is. Just make sure that you set the phone into airplane mode to keep anyone from calling/texting you while timing penalties.Hi Refinition
