Best Net Sheet app in the industry!
In my 10 years in real estate this is BY FAR the best app for calculating closing costs for buyers and sellers! There’s so many different calculators to use (rent vs buy, loan balance, extra payment, and so many more!). I can’t imagine life without this app!

Can’t Get Recording Taxes Right
We have recently had to cancel our account because PalmAgent had consistently misquoted seller recording taxes. You would think a quoting tool would be able to do this, and now we have to spend thousands of dollars to make it up to the sellers who are very upset.Dmace2416

Favorite closing cost app
Getting numbers for my clients was always such a headache, but with PalmAgent I’m able to get the numbers they ask for quickly and make adjustments even after running the net sheet. Support is super helpful too!Dakota Ross
