So many small issues, that add up the app being one big issue

This app has so much information and content on it, but it comes with so many glitches or issues that cannot be reported to ESPN for fixing. Most recent example was the NBA scores section not showing ‘Dec 25’ so you couldn’t check the scores of the Christmas games. Things like this add up over time and contribute to a really poor user experience for a brand I expected would do better.

Crimson Tide in Canada

Every Saturday my sister and I have the enjoyment of watching the football game across borders her in Alabama and me in Canada what pleasure a game is to spend time with your family the only problem is ESPN doesn’t give Canadian people in Vancouver a chance I have to go to SEC or YouTube both gives me the opportunity to watch the football game Roll Tide Thanks YouTube.

Great app buggy scorin

I have used the app (NZ based) for around 5-6 years with the scores being slightly, especially english football. However, in the last 2 weeks I can’t get any scoring whatsoever on any sport. The schedules never show the right games either, only on the scores homescreen. Bit of a shambles now!

Frustrated

Would be nice if ESPN plus was working in Canada.. lost money for you guys I guess

ESPN Anti-Canada?

How long before ESPN streaming services get to Canada? I have been trying to give you people my money for years now. - Disgruntled

Loads of issues

As an Australian user this app is terrible. They don’t have an app available in the Pacific region for TV, so you are forced to cast from your phone. Bring on the buffering issues no matter how new your tv is, how good your internet is, or how up to date your device. This is with chrome cast and Apple TV version and mirroring apps. Add to this the catalogue isn’t checked properly so when trying to use the WATCHESPN feature it is hit and miss as to whether or not it’s even available. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING considering this is currently the only way to subscribe to the NHL in Australia. Not happy. Needs a major overhaul

I can’t load into anything

I cant even buy a subscription it keeps saying error it’s my first time using the app… not a good look tbh . Fix your app. I’m going back on Sportsnet

Pretty good app

It would definitely be a 5 if you could actually watch a game for free but it still is a really good app

Worst app/customer service ever

Words do not describe how horrible the customer service I received from ESPN. I spent the extra money on ESPN plus didn’t work at all. Even changed passwords. when I tried to call, I was on the phone for 30 minutes after being rudely disconnected the first time. When I finally spoke to someone, she could sense that I was upset naturally so and she could hear me at first, but then pretended that she could not (trust me she was pretending) and hung up on me after being on the phone for 30 minutes on hold. I have tried to get the ESPN app working on my Apple TV multiple times, even trying to sign in with my parents TV provider to see if it would work that way, but it doesn’t even get past the sign in with a provider screen. It acts like I am pressing the button and then does nothing. This is probably the fifth time I have tried to make it work and it will not work. So I give up. If you aren’t going to make it easy then I’ll give up and never watch again. as much money as Disney and ESPN have and with a monopoly on the system in the sporting world, you would think their app would work, but it does not. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. I’m sure nothing will be done to remedy the situation because they just don’t care. That’s what happens when you have a monopoly on the system. Can’t use ABC for MNF because it was all moved to this app. Disney bundle didn’t work even with changing passwords. Absolute garbage.
