Great visuals. I wish I had known you could only "record" via piano roll input. I thought I would be able to push a record button, play out something on the keyboard, stop and edit like all sequencers in the world! Too costly for no live record ability.Danalog
8bit crazy!
It doesn't have a filter or phaser/flanger, but other than that it's pure 8bit nostalgia! I will be using this in my future productions. Thanks!ElectrizCity

I've been looking everywhere for a nice 8bit composer. It's great that I can have it on my touch, and mess around and make some quick 8bit tunes. You will have to plat with it for a while to get proficient with the UI. Plenty of "how to" vids on the site. Thanks yudo!Flipper Doodle
Retro Perfect
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. There really is an app for everything!
This app can do everything you would ever need for making quality retro chip tunes. My only complaint is that there is no export as wav feature (unless I missed it). It limits it's purpose to an extent without it.
It can be a challenge to use at first, but just mess around with it for a bit - it comes to you pretty fast. I've already made some Kid Icarus style retro music after about an hour of use - what more could you ask for? And for .99 cents (at the time of this review), it's a steal.Show lessUltimateOwnage

At least it was 99 cents.
I don't know why I bought this, I already had sunvox. You can do so much more with it., and it now only is a dollar more, and normally it is five dollars cheaper.beefinator14
