  • Do Not Trust

    I have used AppBox Pro for years and did not have an issue until this week. My information in the Wallet was there as I needed it until this week. I opened it to look for something and found that all my information from 2023 and before (at least 8 years) had disappeared. Nothing I tried worked to restore it. I contacted Support and was told that it should be restored by following the steps provided. Those steps did NOT work. I was then provided another way. It did NOT work.
    I now have to sort through much paperwork in order to restore ALL of my information for the past 8 years.
    I do not know WHY or HOW my information disappeared.
    I DO NOT trust this App anymore!!!!!

  • App Box Pro

    I paid for this app to get away from adds. Now the new update on my PAID version is now full of adds. I am ready to delete this app. Update. I still have this app because I like some of the internal apps. BUT the latest update added more useless apps (Abbreviation & Kaomoji). You can hide apps you don't want. How about - 1 star and delete.

(1) If you purchased the paid version of the AppBox Pro, please try the following steps to remove ads. Please make the app backup file with the following steps. Open the AppBox Pro. Go to the Settings. Tap "Backup & Restore on Dropbox." Link your Dropbox account. Tap "Backup." Delete the AppBox Pro from your device. Open App Store. Please ensure that you are sign-in with Apple ID that originally purchased the AppBox Pro. Tap "Purchased." Find the AppBox Pro and install it. Open the AppBox Pro. Go to the Settings. Tap "Backup & Restore on Dropbox." Link your Dropbox account. Tap "Restore" and select the backup file. (2) The hiding option will work on the next update.     Oh so now I have to pay again? Wow. Ok. Looking for another app. Greed is not good.

    J’ai payé cette app il y a plusieurs années et j’adorais l’utiliser. Aujourd’hui on me demande de payer à nouveau un abonnement mensuel pour ne plus avoir de publicité. Une pratique malhonnête. N’en faite pas l’acquisition ils ne sont pas fiables.

  • Unusable

    Why introduce advertising on an app when I’ve already paid for ad free version. The adverts are infuriating and are full screen and are too regular . This now makes the app unusable.

  • Crashes, whenever!?!?

    I’ve used this app for years, and it has done the following for years. When I first open the app for passwords it glitches and I cannot put in the page I’m looking for. I have to swipe the app out of my history and bring it back up. Only then will it allow me to put in the right information. Another problem is that I can be editing and it’ll just close. More times than not, I haven’t saved it because I’m in the middle of the edit and everything that I’ve put in disappears. THAT IS VERY, VERY frustrating. Love the app, hate the app.

  • Have to open twice as always crashes on opening

    Have happily used this useful app for many years, but now it crashes every single time I try to open it.

    However, after it closes, if I try a second time, it then opens.
    I’ve waited to see if this bug gets fixed, but it’s still there even after yesterday’s update.

    Developers, please fix this.

  • Restore purchase

    There is a lot of complaints on here about Ads. Its simple to fix that by going to settings and restoring the purchase.
    This app must be one of the all time great apps on Apple App Store I would think.
  • Fabulous app and responsive developers

    I’ve been using and loving this app - the PAID version - for more years than I can count. Love the longitudinal data on the pedometer, the days counter, currency, clock, etc., etc. Recently, I was getting hit with a scourge of ads every single time I opened the pedometer, but I have to say that after posting my complaint, I heard back today from a very responsive customer service person/developer telling me the problem has been solved with the latest update. The app has returned to being my very favorite one.

  • Lost information

    Have used the Wallet in AppBox Pro for years. Yesterday opened it and all of my important passwords and information is gone! It was not saved in iCloud as I didn’t want it on my other devices. App just wiped everything out.

    Thanks to text support. They fixed the problem and I retrieved my information
