Basic functions don’t work
Properties are clearly uploaded with ‘no price’ (even though they know exactly what they want for it) and then used to flood search results for much lower value houses, meaning it’s the end user whose time is wasted getting meaningless alerts and picking apart irrelevant search results.
It is a basic function of a real estate search app to allow a user to generate search results relevant to their stated parameters - this app cannot do that.

While the app doesn’t currently have an option to filter out properties without displayed prices, setting a price filter should help ensure that the properties shown—and the ones you receive in your alerts—are within the price range you’re searching for. We found that the vast majority of users wanted to create an account so they could save properties or receive alerts, so we simplified the app by introducing the account creation when you first open the app. We would like to understand how this is a problem for you. Great experience, except for one thing..
However, similar to some other reviews, I have noticed that the performance went south in one of the past updates. It used to be super fast and responsive, but now it often lags and is janky when moving the map around and zooming in and out. My phone also gets really hot.
As a note to developers, perhaps the issue is that all the work is being done on the main thread, including the search and filtering. Keeping UI updates on the main thread and putting everything else on a background thread would be the ideal way to handle this.
