Joke of an app
I signed up out of curiosity because I was watching an AUSL game and Sierra Romero mentioned the app. Curious, I went to the store. No mention of in app purchases, yet you must sign a contract right up front stating you will pay for app after trial (again, no mention of price yet). The app was ridiculous, with zero help for a newbie on the app (and I am a tech person). No resources, no videos, nothing to find or use. Finally found a screen that said something and yep, it wanted a commitment to pay after a trial. At that point I deleted it because what kind of app doesn't actually tell you what the app is up front? Sierra should not associate with this app until they make it worthy of her endorsement. At this point it was a ridiculous waste of time and effort to find out, eventually, it is a softball app. It should not have taken multiple screens and 45 minutes to even see what it was. On the surface it appears to be a workout app...which I am looking for a good one. This is NOT it.

Thomas Summers runs a great program. I have seen gains like never before and this workout took me to the next level. I’ve already gained 5 pounds of pure muscle and put 2 mph on my exit velo. This is an extremely unique opportunity for young women who are looking to elevate their game. It’s hard to find a softball specific workout that actually works. This takes the science and applies it to every movement we do. I cannot recommend this program enough to any girl looking to play college softball and beyond. If you want to compete with the best you have to do what they do. And this is what high level athletes are doing.
