What’s the point of English language???
So the app support polish and English, but you can only register if you’ve got polish mobile number! You should allow register international numbers or change the way of registration!!!
Poor UI, you pay for services and still get ads
Really surprised how this app asks for a small percentage of your transactions to load the account and then has the guts to show advertisements when you just paid for a ticket (and it blocks the button to continue to the next page unless you close the ad).

Very slow
The app is very slow and it’s not optimised for iPhone X
Extremely unreliable
Throws a server communication error about 50% of the time. Makes your life harder when you're expecting it to work and suddenly can't buy a tram ticket or pay for parking
