Like the old version better
I miss the ability to pull up news by city. Disappointed you took that away.
Latest App is awful
I am deleting the PE App because it requires me to upgrade to the new App. I tried the new App - it is just awful. Goodbye PE
New and "improved" is not always better
The new version is missing the best features of the old - specifically the ability to search news city by city

Great app for local news in Riverside
Very nice App!
I like to check local news often and this is my go-to app for the Inland Empire/Riverside. I do wish there was a comments section for each story.
Press Enterprise
First site I visit every day. Very well done. Would like for it to include Op-Eds.
Amateurish App and Content
This app and its content is not very professional. Repeated and continuing stories on the different menus is an example.
Bluetooth nag
It constantly nags me to turn on Bluetooth. I don't want to turn on my Bluetooth. No means no.
Poor replacement for an actual paper
Good source for only a few of the most common stories. Poor overall coverage, the app keeps stories posted for way too long, and doesn't update them daily as a real news paper would. Displays only a small small fraction of the actual news from the daily paper, not a good comprehensive source for news.

Decent source of local news
I've always read this paper from a time when I was a child, and it's declined since I first began reading it. Of course, every other local paper has had the same issues the past five years or so, as most well read people should know. That being said, most of the breaking news stories are never updated, there isn't much detail in the briefs, and the app is slow to load at times. I also always catch typos in the stories, simple misspellings that could be detected by spellcheck. I'd love to give this app a better rating, but the newspaper behind it has gone downhill drastically in recent years. This should be subscriber based and should not be given away for free and thus improve the quality of the newspaper in its entirety by being able to hire more reporters and copy editors.
