Highly Recommend!
I’ve been using this app for several years and recommend it to EVERYONE! Recently, for the first time EVER, there was some issues with the app and I had to reach out to customer support. They were veeeery responsive and the issue was resolved in a matter of days. Moreover, they followed up with me to ensure the issue had been resolved. I have been using Shoeboxed for at least five years now. It has save me a ton of time and it is very easy to use. They recently did an upgrade and there was a minor glitch and I reported it. They actually cared and emailed me several times until they did an update and fixed it. They are very customer service friendly. Highly recommend.Show lessDeveloper Response

I have used this service for 3 years, always with good results. My CPA and I are both happy! The latest update has a problem, I login and it’s blank, no data. I go to the website and everything is there, no problem. So I tried to check the app settings and it’s also a blank screen. Great service but the new app has an issue.
Update;
Yes, I had an issue with the new app not working.
I contacted the help desk and with in 24 hours they responded,
acknowledging that the app had a problem and the working app had replaced it in the App Store. I I followed her instructions to uninstall the old app and install the replacement, every thing is working wonderfully now!
