App constantly crashes
Lately the app continually crashes when I attempt to open it. Cannot access the content I have saved. Even on the rare occasion when I can access the app, it asks for my password, which I provide, but receive the message that my account cannot be found. Very irritating.Hist16
Needs improvement
I'm being forced to use this app to access some content I'm interested in. It has a lot of shortcomings. Every time you open it, it goes through an "updating" process which means you can't access your content until it finishes. Sometimes this goes on so long the app is essentially frozen. Additionally, it lacks many basic features offered by other audiobook players such as a sleep timer.Show lessHDG185
No airplay
Player works fine off the iPad but there is no airplay functionality available to MAC’s or IMAC’s.

Play licenses has been exceeded
"The maximum number of play licenses has been exceeded" --this message comes up when I try to watch a film even though I haven't watched it at all and this needs to be fixed, also the app is a bit glitchy and why can't the digital copy for "channel 4" films just be ultraviolet compatible.
Altogether good app just needs to sort out the play license thing.Show lessDerpy Bean

Freezes and Crashes
Issue could be as developer has stated, app is most optimal with iphone 5s. I have a 4s and my iPad is the retina one that came out last year. Was hoping this would work for me.Toyster26
Can't use Airplay?
Why can't I use Airplay to play movies on my AppleTV? I see something onscreen that looks like a menu, but nothing happens when I touch it.svkinnan
Absolute junk
This thing is worthless. Have had it on my 4th gen iPad for several months, and a 2nd gen iPad for several months before I acquired the newer one. Almost every time I try to use it it gives me a validation error. Contacted support and they were not helpful at all. I was told there was an issue with my iPad and the correct time, and thus it is a hardware issue. When I informed them I had the same issue with the older iPad, they said its not a hardware problem but there's an issue with the correct time on your iPad. Played with those settings all to no avail. This thing just does not work, period.Show lessAtr72 driver
