The telephone directory feature is a little strange; it doesn't give their office locations, and some bits of the interface work oddly (like the red button text, or how you can select cells that don't do anything, or how some contact details are missing and do nothing when tapped). It's usable, though.
The problem is that it's the ONLY feature - there is nothing else here, except for a nine-second video that says other features are coming..."coming Fall 2009"! It's September 2010 now! And they've done nothing, not even updated or removed the video! Ridiculous. The university should be embarrassed.
