  • End of a Hand

I have enjoyed playing this, but I wonder if there could be an option to end the hand when either all of the points have been played OR when it is clear that one of the players is going to get all of the rest of the tricks! I agree with another review that there are times when the computer players make mistakes even in hard mode, but I still don’t win all of the time.

  • Enjoy playing but needs some changes

I enjoy playing but I too think the bots are crazy to deliberately give you the queen when you are running hearts. I too would like to speed up the hand when all points have been played. I wish you didn't have to play to the very end when it's plain the right st of the cRds are yours. I Grew the queen is given to me too often.

  • Don’t Like New Graphics

Please go back to the old graphics. As the saying goes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Most of each card is hidden in the new version and they look all compressed. It was much better when you could pretty much view each card separately. I’ve already started to look at other Hearts apps... this is how much I dislike the change. Thank you.

  • Do Not Like Latest Update

This was by far my favorite game on my phone but I do not like the latest update. The graphics are now horrible! What had been very clean, sharp looking graphics now look like a child’s cartoon. Who thought that was a good idea? I’m sure the game still plays the same and I’ll enjoy playing it but it now looks like I’m playing an anime game. Not a good look.

  • Cheaters!!!!!

The game is rigged so you can’t win almost every game!! ., the hands start as if you’re doing well, but then as the game goes on, scores change randomly, points are added to you instead of the “loser” of the hand, and the cards you’re dealt increasingly are impossible to play- I deleted and reinstalled thinking it was a glitch... but it’s not- I went through the rules to see if it’s a trap of the game; again, nothing noted- not sure why this game is here if the point is only to steal my $$..... you owe me back and I’ll not buy anything from you!!! “ Cheater cheater pumpkin eater”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Just ok

In general, I like this game because of few ads. However, I agree with the others that it cheats. I haven’t found a hearts game that doesn’t cheat though. The cards are stacked against you, only letting you win once in a great while. The “others” know what’s in your hand and exactly how you will be forced to play them. That’s no fun at all and I end up stopping that particular game because there’s just no way to win. I never get to shoot the moon because one of the other players is programmed to not let it happen. Frustrating to say the least, but they are all poorly designed this way.

...aaand, game froze up once again. 😡. I am deleting this game now...I’ve had enough. Even on easier mode, difficult to ever win a game.

  • Defective

Ok, I know the other complaints about the game not being fair and I agree, but this is a computer based game. My current problem is the game doesn’t work. Someone will lead with a club, and I will play a club, only to get an error message that I have played an invalid card. I will then play a heart, and it’s acceptable! I kept playing this guessing game a few hands until non of my cards were accepted. Someone lead with a diamond, I played a diamond, and it was denied. I then continued to play the other suits, and all were rejected. I deleted the game. And yes, the ads are annoying, too.

  • Deducting points

The game would be more interesting if there existed the option of deducting 26 points from a a player’s score when going out entails losing the game anyway. This would mean that no matter how far behind you are, there’s always the possibility of winning.
  • What most players don’t recognize

The game is designed to make it easier for you to win. Even at the hard level the passers will give you low spades to their own disadvantage. In the real world it is much more difficult to run. Your opponents don’t seem to hold back cards in order to prevent opponents from running. Occasionally a player will lead the queen and take the trick for no apparent reason. I wish there were the opportunity to replay hands.

  • Yes and No

The play algorithm seems to be a close mimic of a real game. However, being asked to accept the cards passed to you at the start seems odd since you can’t refuse them. Maybe this is for the newer player so that he/she can see what cards are added to his/her hand. My biggest issue is with the deal. The first card dealt always appears in front of the avatar on the left. Maybe I am slow but I can’t tell which position dealt played the 1st card. Which really effects the strategy. They need to show the card in front of the player who played the opening card like most apps do.
