Useful but lack of English is an issue

We are aware of the feature wish to have an English version of our AH App. Due to several of our complex systems, this is a complicated challenge to develop on a short term. We have noted your request and definitely wish to pick this up when possible. In the meantime, you can always contact customer support if we can aid you in using functions of our AH app. Crates can either be returned with the next delivery, at your last delivery or at many of the AHNL Service desks throughout the country. Dear, we have indeed received several questions or reviews about an English version of the app. We definitely want to pick this up. However it is a complicated challenge for a company like Albert Heijn because we have to deal with several complex systems. For that reason we cannot deliver an English version in the short term. ^Kas, Team AH-app
