Cannot stop wrong area recommendations.
I was in Palm Springs and looked up one property while there. No matter what I do I can’t stop this app from recommending properties in Palm Springs. I’ve erased all the notifications and all the search. But still - Palm Springs, Palm Springs, Palm Springs. I have no intent of moving to palms springs. Any of the other searches I actually want - nothing. More Palm Springs.

Redfin - Greatest Realtor experience
I sold my home with Redfin a year ago and had an exceptional experience. Redfin is a tremendous value, as one of the most popular real estate apps and websites, selling your home here allows you to reach by far the most buyers, and have advanced and transparent data at your fingertips on how the showings and buyers perceive your home. At the same time, Redfin chooses to offer a tremendous value in only charging a 1.5% seller commission. Truly for their ability to reach hundreds of thousands of buyers every day they could probably charge higher, but their whole approach has a company is volume and cost benefit to the consumer. It’s amazing to me that everyone isn’t using Redfin, and only tells you how corrupt the legacy real estate community is in continuing to charge double the fees while not even using the latest technology. This monopoly was recently overturned by the NAR lawsuit and I’m hopeful that more sellers and buyers will see the obvious benefits of Redfin. Real estate is in desperate need of disruption and the cost to sell and buy homes are far too high. Go with Redfin and you can take one step towards, advancing the real estate industry to a smarter and more technology enabled community.

Updated Review - Crashes Constantly (But Sort Fixed)
So they fixed the problems listed below but now it freezes forcing me to restart a half dozen times in a session. The fact that I’m willing to do this is a testament to how good the app is otherwise but I’m getting to the point where I might just give up. It has only been the last few weeks and I’ve updated every time one was available. Please fix crashing problem!
This is one of my favorite real estate apps, great content, lots of options, BUT every time I sort I want to pull my hair out. It takes an insanely long time, and if you want to change something the entire process starts over. This is a database app, the filters identify the data you want and don’t want, not AI that needs to interpret data, it makes zero sense. What should be a 5 star app is almost unusable after a while. I get fed up and go to Zillow.
