I bought this app thinking that it also found wifi networks for you. It does not. But the help and assistance that I got from the authors is simply outstanding. no good to me
it seems to be a great lil app however it is extremely complicated and in no way easy to navigate you can even go to thier website for help and watch the movie on how to make it work and watch the tech have problems getting it to work, when it works wow awesome, but i have not gotten it to work for me 1 single time where i could actuially use the networks i find not,,,,,NOT recommended ......and it should be automatic like the iphone network is i thought thats what i was buying an auto scanning system to find and expannd on local networks its a waste to me and provides no asistance at all i will retract or improve this rating if they ever make it workableShow lessP Morgan
Nice job
After a few weeks of using this app, I can verify that does everything the author claims, and it does *very* well. I actually prefer this app to many desktop applications that serve a similar function, and I've caught myself wishing my iPhone had an ethernet port so I could use it in places without wireless connectivity.
I tried to think of any dislikes I had about this app, but the only thing I could come up with is that the user interface feels a little strange when you first use the app - things like figuring out the difference between the "+" and "++" icons. But, most of that fades pretty quickly.
I read several reviews complaining about the choice of screen colors. I'll admit the green screen is a bit odd, but it reminds me of good old 1970's terminals I used in my youth.
Overall, I'd say this is the very best $0.99 app I've yet purchased. And, I'll certainly be buying additional apps authored by Mr. Ahafonau.Show lessfredbean

Don't listen to these scrubs, the green on green is retro-sexy and awesome. You have to be blind to be unable to read it. Maybe a black backdrop option for the vision deficient, bit whatever. Visually sexy app, and surprisingly functional. The closest thing to nmap I've found. Keep up the Awesome apps, I'm happy to keep paying 99 cents a pop for functional art.Show lessIggdawg

I dont know much aboutthis app yet, but I saw it was available for 99c and I got a buck to spare
I did however scan the LAN and it shows me info. Thats cool. But what I'd like to see is something just like the program Cain and Abel from Oxid. Where you can select different Mac addresses on your LAN and "poison" them to pull web pages they visit and passwords and the such. Its a "password recovery program." My main question is, would you be able to integrate that into this app or create a new one? Thanks! Show lessiPhone PacMan

I cannot praise the application enough. It's worth ten times the price.

Wonderful customer service!
I bought net scan today because I wanted a mobile port scanner, and i was also interested in Wake on LAN. After purchasing, I discovered that it couldn't do Wake on LAN via the internet (or I couldn't find it). I headed to the author's site and sent in a support request asking about this feature. He responded to me personally within the hour, apologizing that his software wouldn't have that feature available until the next revision. He was VERY understanding of my disappointment, and promised to get that revision through Apple as soon as he can (dependent upon their draconian review process). His response and attitude left me VERY happy with a product that was well-priced, attractive, functional, and soon to have every feature I need! I highly recommend any apps by Paully, as you just can't show enough support to companies with good customer service.Show lessnubbin

Nice little app, I was looking for something similar to angry ip scanner, but for my iPhone, and this seems to do the job great! Would be even better if you could rename alive hosts, or give them a 'friendly' nameGaz-L
Great product!!
I think this product is a must have, there is just one thing that needs to be done for this to go over the edge! The green color that is being used would need to change, like myself I have to turn up the brighness just to read some of the data. Something like light blue background or a white background would make visibility not just good but great!! ThanksShow lessOahunow
