Crash apps everytime want to create account
I’ve been years using this apps, but since update last week they ask either want to create account or already have an account. Or skip & everytime you want to see the catalogue will gonna do the same process again. So i try want to create new account with email, unfortunately everytime i was input the new password for the new account the apps suddenly shut down. Hope the bug get fix

Good app but let down by bugginess
I enjoy the ability to browse catalogues and add to my shopping list with just a tap of the button. The ability to add items not in catalogues is also handy so you don’t forget essentials like milk or butter that aren’t on sale. Sadly the app is often buggy. Sometimes the “Add to List” button doesn’t load. Sometimes the shopping list doesn’t load (awfully inconvenient when you’re already in the supermarket). Frequently the app crashes. Wish they would also upload the coles catalogue a day earlier before the sale starts, like they do with woolworths. despite the bugs it’s one of the more comprehensive australian catalogue apps so I’m stuck with this and just hoping they’ll work on better fixes.

Lists and zoom still an issue
Have been using the app for ages but lists have not been working for quite a while and the zoom function no longer works properly. Would love for these issues to be fixed to get the most out of the app again
Lists still not working, zooming is weird
Would be a fantastic app if you could fix the loading of lists. The latest update is supposed to have fixed the connectivity issue, but it clearly hasn’t. Zooming in on a section of any given page is also weird, as the page goes off screen and you can’t get it back.
Great App... But
I’ve been using this app for years but for the past 2 months when using the app it over heats my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the point the iPhone gets that hot it goes into over heat mode and starts shutting the one down.
I’ve been to Apple and they have cleared the iOS and reinstalled but didn’t fix the issue. I’ve emailed the developer and they’ve acknowledged there app causes iPhones to overheat but haven’t sent a fix out.
It’s a really great app and I love using it, just sad that I have to shut it down after 10 minutes using it. The heart burns my hand, that’s how hot the iPhone gets when using this app.
Please fix over hearing issue, your app is running way too high.

Recent update has issues
Have been a long time user. I was very disappointed when the second to last update removed the zoom function. Glad the latest update see’s that return. A bit buggy though. Now when you zoom it won’t let you move the page to see the rest of the products instead it turns to the next page. Please fix this as it’s very frustrating.

Not Working.
Please fix!!! It has not been working for the past couple days and I use to use it everyday!!! This is a great app and i really hope it gets fixed soon. App crashes every time I try to delete or edit my shopping list.
Disappointed
This was my most used app. However in recent times the catalogues are not being updated. The most obvious are the grocery catalogues which only come out on Lasoo after the sale date begins. Basically if I need to go on each individual website to check out the specials since they don’t appear anytime soon, than this app is redundant.

Save page (app error)
I was using the “options” symbol (box with an up arrow) shown in the bottom left, while viewing a catalogue page to “save image” and the app crashed my phone when I used that option. My phones’ “night mode” option turned on and I was unable to turn it off (in settings), so had to reset my phone. Then everything was okay. Thought the app developer should know about this to make a fix. My phone is an iPhone 7+ (128Gb)(iOS 11.4).

Living in a regional area we don’t always get catalogs I can always rely on Lasoo to keep me up to date with specials. It is easy to use and straight forward. Thank you for having this service available for us to use.
